What is your return policy?
We currently offer free returns within 45 days on most items:. If you don't absolutely love your new Umbra items, send them back within 45 days from your order date for a refund or a store credit.
How do I process a return?

I've returned my order, how long does the refund take?
When you return an Umbra item, the returns usually take from 1 to 2 weeks to arrive in our warehouse. Once the package has been delivered to us and inspected, we will proceed with the refund. The reimbursement of funds will be allocated back to the o
