How do I process a return?Updated a year ago

We are happy to provide you with all the relevant steps to make a return from our returns platform.


Step 1: Submit a return request using our Returns Portal


Step 2: Please enter Order ID and Email to start your return: *For larger items and multiple boxes: please issue a separate return for each shipment box you received in order to get the correct amount of return labels.



Step 3: A prepaid return label will be sent to you via email
Step 4: Returns are processed within 5 business days of being received by Umbra. An email will be sent when your return is processed


Please Note:

  • All items must be returned in the original Umbra packaging
  • Shipping fees & Oversize Surcharges are non-refundable
  • If an item in your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact the Customer Service Department and they will assist you with replacing or crediting the damaged items
  • If an order is refused or not picked up by the customer and is returned to Umbra by the carrier, only the cost of the product will be refunded
