What does it mean to pre-order an item?Updated a year ago

Pre-Orders are orders that are placed with a future ship date, due to an item not yet being in stock.

If an out of stock item is available for pre-order, you will see a Pre-Order Button like the one below.

Below the pre-order button will be the estimated ship date for when the item is expected to be in -stock, please allow for 1-2 additional days for your item to leave our warehouse.

• We will do our best to ship Pre-Order Products in accordance with their expected ship date. If this changes, we'll do our best to let you know.
• You are responsible for keeping your shipping and contact information up-to-date to ensure proper shipment of any Pre-Order Products. Please email us at [email protected] if you need to update any of this information.
• You will be charged at time of placing a Pre-Order. If we're unable to commence shipping one-year from order placement, we'll provide a full-refund at your request. No discounts, refunds or credits will otherwise be offered due to any such delays.
• If you place an order with a pre-order item and a regular in stock item, your in-stock item will be shipped out in accordance with our regular transit times.
