I'm missing an item from my order, what should I do?Updated a year ago

We're so sorry that there's an item missing from your order! Before contacting us, we recommend checking the following:

  1.  Review your order, from your shipping confirmation email you received to confirm the missing item is included in the shipping confirmation. Look under the Items Shipped Section to compare. *Please note it may be necessary to send your order in two or more shipments to fulfill your order.




  2. You may have placed an order with pre-order and in-stock items. In this case, we have shipped them separately based and your pre-order item may arrive on a separate date. 
  3. Send us a photo of the package you have received so we can check if there has been any mistake in our logistics center.

What we can do for you:

  • In case the product is in stock, we will check if it is possible to send over a replacement. 
  • If this is not the case, we will inform you and transfer the amount of the incorrect item to a gift card for you to use as you wish.
