Can I modify or cancel my order after it has been placed?Updated a year ago

Thanks for shopping with Umbra!

We know you cannot wait to receive your new Umbra items!  That's why, once the order has been placed and the products purchased are in stock, we will begin getting your order ready. Due to this, orders already being processed cannot be modified.

This also applies to changes or cancellations requested while the order is being prepared: unfortunately, we will not be able to apply these.

This can affect:

  • Addition or removal of items
  • Change in color/size of items
  • Order cancellation request
  • Delivery address change



For product changes/removal, if you do not love the product when it arrives at your door, just follow our return policy and send the product back to us free of charge*

For delivery address changes, you will receive an email confirmation with the tracking information once the parcel leaves our warehouse. At that moment, you will be able to reach out to your local courier to rearrange the delivery details.
