My package is missing, what should I do?Updated a year ago

We're sorry to hear you are unable to find your package! 

Please follow these steps.

1. If your package says it was delivered, please check with neighbours or other family members to see if your order has been moved to a secure area

2. If you are still unable to locate your package please contact us via email at 
[email protected]. We will then open a claim with the carrier and if they deem your package as lost we will issue you a refund or replacement

If your package is deemed as successfully delivered by the carrier you will be notified with proof of delivery.
