I am missing a part, or screw from my order, what should I do?Updated a year ago

We would like to do everything we can to ensure you have the best experience with us, so please email [email protected] with your order number and the specific part that is missing. This will help us better understand what has happened and allow us to quickly provide a resolution. 

Once we receive your email, our customer service team will review your request and take immediate action where necessary. In most cases, we can ship out the replacement part within 1-2 business days from when we receive your email and look into why it was missing from your delivery originally.
